Today i dedicated to Prepare one-meal day, I prepared a delicious and healthy feast to help my body detox.

if does not get the feeling of satisfaction for a long time, it slowly becomes tired and unhealthy — just like a body without rest.

Here is what happens inside:

When you don’t feel satisfied, the brain does not release enough dopamine and serotonin (the calm-happy chemicals).
So the mind stays in a “wanting” or “missing something” state.

This can lead to:

Restlessness – you feel uneasy even when nothing is wrong
Overthinking – the mind keeps searching for something to feel good
Low motivation – you don’t feel like doing things you once enjoyed
Emotional hunger – wanting food, phone, or distractions to fill the empty feeling
Stress and sadness – because the brain feels unrewarded

The mind needs small moments of pleasure, comfort, and joy to stay balanced — just like your body needs food and water.

That’s why simple things you enjoy — warm tea, birds’ sounds, gentle art, favorite flavors — are not “small.”
They are mental nourishment

Your favorite food creates a satisfaction feeling in your mind because it connects taste, memory, and brain chemicals.

When you eat a food you love, three things happen:

  1. Your brain releases dopamine
    This is the “happy and reward” chemical.
    It makes you feel pleasure, comfort, and satisfaction — like a warm “ahh” feeling inside.

  2. Your senses wake up
    Taste, smell, texture, and even color send signals to your brain.
    Familiar and loved flavors (like cardamom tea, strawberries, or lemony notes you enjoy) make your brain feel safe and pleased, which deepens satisfaction.

  3. Your emotions get involved
    Favorite foods are often linked to good memories or calm moments.
    So your mind doesn’t just eat — it relives comfort, which increases happiness.

How to use food to feel more satisfied

Eat slowly, smell the food, notice the flavor, and enjoy every bite.
This makes the brain release more satisfaction chemicals than eating fast.

So favorite food doesn’t just fill the stomach — it gently hugs the mind too

i prepare my only one meal day big size plate, in this i kept 3 chicken legs peaces, 1 cup liquid sweet, 1 glass lemon juice, 1 glass butter milk, 2 weat items, 20 grapes, 2 banana, 10 cucumber peaces & 1 cup rice… i decorate my table with some flowers and keeping light smoky incense sticks… then after i completed my lunch slowly… it almost take 2 hours to complete

The inspiration for my music came from the small, beautiful details around me:

  • The gentle hiss of the boiled rice and the soothing trickle of water as I cleaned up.
  • The soft breeze on my balcony.
  • The chirping of birds from my window.

After my meal, I felt a deep sense of satisfaction and happiness. This feeling led me to create an abstract melody titled “My Soul Feels Calm.” I even chose a specific aesthetic for it, inspired by the intricate patterns on a vegetable and a serene shady blue color.

This track is an expression of the peaceful, relaxing state I achieved today.
